1. Program description. Raccoon Events sends event-related text messages to registered guests: check-in confirmations, event invitations and updates, photo links, and donation requests. Messages are sent by SMS or WhatsApp according to the channel you selected at registration.
2. Opt-in. You consent to receive messages by providing your mobile phone number in person at event check-in and confirming by reply (e.g., replying Y to the confirmation message). Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
3. Message frequency. Message frequency varies — typically a few messages around each event you attend.
4. Fees. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. Raccoon Events does not charge for messages.
5. Opt-out. Reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming your unsubscription, and you will receive no further messages. To rejoin, register again at an event or reply START.
6. Help. Reply HELP to any message, or contact contact@raccoon.events.
7. Supported carriers. Major U.S. carriers are supported. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Privacy. Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle your information. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
9. Changes. We may update these terms; the current version is always posted at this address.
